Claude vs Gemini: Which AI Should You Use?

Everyone compares ChatGPT to everything. But Claude vs Gemini is the more interesting comparison - two serious AI tools with different strengths.

I’ve been using Claude daily for 6+ months and spent a month going deep with Gemini. Here’s what I found.

The Fundamental Difference

Claude feels like talking to a thoughtful writer. Better at nuance, analysis, and prose.

Winner: Claude, clearly

I ran the same writing prompts through both. Claude’s output:

Gemini writes competently but has a slight “AI” feel. More robotic, more predictable structures.

Claude has a knowledge cutoff. It can’t tell you about recent events.

Who Should Use Which?

• You need current information frequently

The Bottom Line
